Task1 - Advocate

Align the thought process of all team members

Business, Stakeholders and IT team should be agile.

Task 2 - Common understanding - Help to ensure that all team members has common understanding of the values and principles/practices of agile.

Task 3 - Support Change , Systems thinking, Lean Mindset

Task 4 - Practice Visualization, Enhance transparency and trust

Task 5 - Contribute to a safe and trustful team environment by allowing all the team members to experiment. Even team members fail, continuously focus on improvement

Task 6- Enhance creativity by trying with new techniques, process and ideas in order to discover.

Task 7- Encourage team members to share knowledge by collaborating and working together in order to lower risks.

Task 8 - Encourage emergent leadership with in the team

Task 9 - Practice servant leadership by supporting and encouraging others in their endeavors.
